Workhorse24 installs and manages the 7-Second Reply System, lead response automations, and related digital services for US local service businesses. Service details, fees, and deliverables are specified in individual client agreements.

2. Free Audits

Free response-time audits are provided for informational purposes only. We test your publicly available channels (phone, forms, messages) and report findings. An audit request does not create a binding service agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact information. You are responsible for maintaining any credentials or administrative permissions necessary for Workhorse24 to configure and manage your reply systems.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeSaveMedia LLC and Workhorse24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
